The service, education, support, persistence and care by Chris and all the staff at both Australia Fair and Runaway Bay have exceeded my expectations. My journey over the last few months has been a challenge, but Chris and his team have never given up on me. Not only has my vision significantly improved, but I am so much more confident in doing ordinary things like crossing the road, making a cup of coffee and working in my chosen field again ... Great service and knowledge shown by all staff. I am a seven year veteran visiting for all my eye care. The equipment used is state of the art...and fun to ride (you need to pay a visit to see what I mean)..I thoroughly recommend you visit for all your eye care and vision needs.

I was referred here by my GP and was very impressed with the care and thoroughness taken with my eye examination. I was given some options for my problems and referred to a specialist. It was mentioned that my glasses I had were fine, so no need to upgrade, so they are definitely not here just trying to sell you glasses. I would thoroughly recommend this practice.

I took my daughter after a long search on google for best optometrist for children and my daughter had issues when she was three and we have to keep supervising her vision and dr Shane was patient with is and did a thorough examination and gave us time and explained everything to us.. also the sweet lady at the front desk was helpful and kind she helped my daughter pick her glasses and was patient and kind enough to listen to all my daughter’s stories. Thank you all so much Can’t wait for my daughter’s next check up and I would highly recommend this center 🙏🏻
