Chris and the staff are absolutely wonderful. The level of professionalism and their personal touch is always appreciated. As someone with an unusual and rare eye disease and a couple of the normal age related issues I find Chris to be thorough with both my eye health and my overall health. He always takes the time to find out what's going on in my life and gives me the best possible care and advice. The staff assisting him are also wonderful. The help and advice on choosing glasses to suit my colouring and face shape was very much appreciated. My family and friends all commented on the choice of sunglasses and everyday glasses that Rob helped me to choose. 🙂 I always appreciate John and his assistance in fitting my glasses and his efforts in dealing with all my glasses issues. 🙂 I would highly recommend Chris and the team to anyone that needs optical care knowing they will be looked after very well.

Wow! Craig was a lifesaver for me on a recent trip to the Gold coast when I needed new glasses ASAP! He was very helpful with answering my questions on the phone and provided THE BEST service in store to make sure I found a new pair of glasses that met my requirements. As they have some lenses in stock and Craig is able to cut them himself I was lucky enough to have a great new pair in 45 mins. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks again for saving the day 😀

Excellent service from Tom and the team at Runaway Bay Shopping Village. Made the CASA aviation exam as efficient and comfortable as possible, accommodating, friendly, happy to have a yarn and a laugh. Highly recommend.

Paul the optometrist at the Runaway Bay clinic is amazing. He picked up that I have lazy eye, where three others couldn't. Thanks so much Paul for taking the time to get to the bottom of my eye issues.

The service, education, support, persistence and care by Chris and all the staff at both Australia Fair and Runaway Bay have exceeded my expectations. My journey over the last few months has been a challenge, but Chris and his team have never given up on me. Not only has my vision significantly improved, but I am so much more confident in doing ordinary things like crossing the road, making a cup of coffee and working in my chosen field again ...
