Exceptional customer service, and very professional eye assessment & assistance with choosing glasses

I was referred here by my GP and was very impressed with the care and thoroughness taken with my eye examination. I was given some options for my problems and referred to a specialist. It was mentioned that my glasses I had were fine, so no need to upgrade, so they are definitely not here just trying to sell you glasses. I would thoroughly recommend this practice.

The top-of-the-range equipment used for visual tests, the patience and professionalism of the optometrist, Tom Brimelow and the incredible customer service given by Jacqui are so impressive, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
