Excellent service from Tom and the team at Runaway Bay Shopping Village. Made the CASA aviation exam as efficient and comfortable as possible, accommodating, friendly, happy to have a yarn and a laugh. Highly recommend.

Moved from Sydney and found Christopher McMahon through a google search. So glad that I have found my new family optometrist. The team are truly so professional, knowledgeable and supportive. Great fashion range of frames (and I got some brilliant ones on their current sale), and the most incredible up-to-date use of technology.

Excellent communications & very professional personnel & Optometrist named Tom who explained everything in plain language via up-to-date technology. Wish I had of gone to these eye-care professionals earlier instead of certain others who told me nothing about my eyes in the past. Very happy customer!

I was referred here by my GP and was very impressed with the care and thoroughness taken with my eye examination. I was given some options for my problems and referred to a specialist. It was mentioned that my glasses I had were fine, so no need to upgrade, so they are definitely not here just trying to sell you glasses. I would thoroughly recommend this practice.

The service, education, support, persistence and care by Chris and all the staff at both Australia Fair and Runaway Bay have exceeded my expectations. My journey over the last few months has been a challenge, but Chris and his team have never given up on me. A well-deserved five star rating, great customer service …I dropped my sunglasses off to get a screw replaced on one of the arms, They did it in about five minutes and didn’t charge me anything very prompt and professional service. Highly recommend.

Great service and knowledge shown by all staff. I am a seven year veteran visiting for all my eye care. The equipment used is state of the art...and fun to ride (you need to pay a visit to see what I mean)..I thoroughly recommend you visit for all your eye care and vision needs.
